Commissioned to rebrand and restructure the truelybelong.com website which provides information on the freedom and security across Dominica, Grenada and St Kitts and Nevis, through dual citizenship.  Their current site did not speak to their high net-worth global audience, who needed this presented as an inspiring lifestyle opportunity.  Image curation and editing was key to present a uniformed beautiful site that feels like a magazine. Skinny were also requested to redesign their quarterly magazine, Truly Belong, and newsletter to which we applied the clean modern stylings from the website to the publication to appeal to global luxury audience across a wide age range.    ...

Luxure

Skinny were honoured to undertake a series of projects for The Luxure Group, whose assets include luxury style bible, Luxure magazine. The quarterly title needed a robust and meticulous CMS to give them complete pixel control of their site for each issue.  We created a simple and stylish responsive site with CMS delivering full screen video backgrounds, audio and image transitions, data collection, plus delivery of media items and automation of tasks. The site went onto win 'Silver' for Best Homepage in the pan-European Awards for digital excellence at 2013's The Lovies Awards. Skinny won the pitch to create a new online destination for Marcus, the Old Bond Street store that houses the most important collection of watches in the world. The website will be a new and critical sales channel for the boutique and it required a cross device, responsive site that not only beautifully showcased their immense catalogue but created excitement and a little fun with their stunning unique collection of Haute Horlogerie, each piece a one off commissioned by Marcus Margulies. The personality of each of these wonderful items were brought out through design – where else would you find a combination of Robots, Sharks, Divers, Clowns and Medieval books to name a few.  We also created a platform for a easy to use Knowledge Base and spotlighted Marcus’s personal collection.  The bespoke site is fully updatable via CMS. Concept, art direction, wire framing, UX design and video were all developed in house, but we brought in the wizards over at Appfly to do deliver on development. ...

Secret Energy

Delighted to creatively and strategically assist the launch of the Secret Energy platform as it transitioned from the groundbreaking information and community platform, Resistance2010.com. Secretenergy.com is a spiritual and educational social platform with a multitude of in-depth content and large growing community. We created the UI, branding, visual content and oversaw site development pre-launch and launch for one year. We also provided digital strategy and management to create new streams of income which included the launch of the profitable 'The Innerversity' a series of online video presentations from Sevan Bomar, with accompanying course materials. The Innerversity now in Semester 2, launched Semester 1 in Summer 2015 this is now at 600+ subscriptions* set with a target price of $360 per course.  The first semester averages equal $216,000+ in capitol which does not account for the uplift of traffic funnelled into the online store. TESTIMONIAL I have personally taken the time to write this recommendation due to the impact that Skinny has had on our project which encompassed Web Development, Branding, Design, and Marketing. In our experience we have dealt with few firms that have such a precise and constantly evolving expertise in these fields. We target a very complex niche market however this did not impede Skinny from determining and implementing exactly what was needed for our expansion. In short our entire launch plan that was staged to go live right before before our engagement with Skinny was “bloated” with a great deal of features, graphics, clashing glamour and glitz which as we learned did not actually represent our message or objectives but instead leaned on perceived functionality and graphic design to win over our clients. Needless to say the approach did not work and while we were heavily invested in our previous expenditure we needed a major overhaul because we could not go live with so many issues. In came Skinny with a team that not only allowed us to recover and proceed with our opening strong, but also catapult our main product, The Innerversity, to the top positions of visibility which we needed to surmount our competitors. In relation to ROI we have reached over 1000% percent as we have an ongoing product that was initially launched in tandem with Skinny services and continues to mature and gain steam due to our decision to hire them to find multiple sound solutions for our business. Freshly formed Agents Of Beauty who serve the luxury sector creating bespoke events and strategic consultancy required an identity and online presence that carried the essence of heritage mixed with a simple crafted human touch. The design of all elements evolved from the unique and very detailed logo we created that identifies and highlights craftmanship, layering elements and adding sketch work to collateral proved the order of the day and we delivered a beautiful set of stationery alongside presentation material and a brand guide.  We brought in print star, Mark Hind at Project Arthur to deal with the complex output for the stationery. The result draws on the almost magical symbology and esoteric methods of centuries of wine making in the region.
